Dancer

Dancer came to us from a breeder and was initially a very frightened girl who found the world to be a big and scary place. When she first arrived, she didn’t know that people could be kind or that gentle hands could bring love and comfort. Over time, and with lots of love and care, Dancer has started to show her brave side and take those first important steps towards trusting humans.She is slowly finding her feet and gaining confidence. She now enjoys going on little “sniffy walks” with her canine friends and recently attended a beagle meet, which really helped her come out of her shell. She also travels beautifully in the car. She can still be wary of people’s intentions and doesn’t enjoy being picked up or touched on her sides or legs and can bark at you if you do this. Once she knows you, she will sit beside you and ask for fuss and will even roll over for a belly rub..Dancer has started to show flashes of her playful personality too, she sometimes tries to encourage her dog friends...
