Are you right for Delores?Delores is a truly special young Rottweiler cross who has completely stolen the hearts of everyone at the centre. She is a sweet, playful and affectionate girl who is looking for a home with adopters who can help her continue building her confidence and learning how to manage all her excitement and zest for life. Delores has very limited hearing, so she may not realise when someone is approaching or about to touch her. Her new family will need to make sure she can see them before handling her and use visual cues to communicate with her (training provided at the centre). This may also mean that new places can feel a little overwhelming at first, but with reassurance, treats and time to explore, she soon starts to relax. She can become very excited when meeting people and may jump up or mouth gently during greetings.
