FOSTER OR FOSTER TO ADOPTDexter is a beautiful 2 year old, male Border Collie (Tricolour Blue Slate) who is looking for an understanding home. Someone who enjoys having a dog but doesn’t feel the need to be talking to or cuddling it all the time.Dexter needs a quiet and spacious home No children, no cats or small furries.He does get on with calm female dogs subject to meeting and we think a female dog would help him. He is not comfortable around male dogs.Dexter has been bred from working stock.He is not yet neutered due to his low confidence but he is chemically neutered and we would look to continue this for the foreseeable future.He would suit a couple or a single person with a large outdoor garden or land. He appreciates his own space, a place where he can get away on his own for a while.Dexter can be affectionate and playful but it is on his terms.He doesn’t have a nasty bone in his body, but he sometimes finds the world overwhelming and needs to go off into a quiet space to colle...
