Dexter

Dexter is a beautiful 6 month old Border Collie pup who arrived with us as an unclaimed stray. We are the fourth home he’s had in his short life, which is incredibly sad. Dexter is well socialised, well behaved and we can see no reason why he has been passed around so much. He knows all the basic commands, walks well on the lead, and really is a pleasure to be around. Dexter is currently in foster with a variety of other dogs and mixes well with them all. He is polite and respectful, both on and off lead. He is a typical Collie pup and can get a little overexcited at times, but that is to be expected. He enjoys playing with his friends in our enclosed field and loves snuggling up on the sofa in the evenings. Dexter travels well in the car and loves going on adventures. He would suit an active home that can provide plenty of exercise as well as mental stimulation. He isn’t the sort of dog who will be happy with a quick five minute stroll around the block!
