Dijon Mustard

Dijon Mustard is a sweet little Chihuahua, but his journey has been anything but easy. He came to us after his previous family grew concerned about having a Chihuahua in a home with a baby just beginning to crawl.While he doesn’t need hours of exercise, he does require regular brushing and grooming to keep him comfortable. Dijon walks gently on a lead and seemed to find a bit of joy in a short walk with one of our staff dogs during his assessment. He would appreciate a stroll around the block or a trip to the dog park, but the thought of climbing mountains is far too ambitious for him. He is definitely a low energy type of dog!Sadly, Dijon is carrying a bit of extra weight and desperately needs a proper diet. Since arriving, he’s been utterly terrified, struggling to adjust to the reality of life in rescue.
