Dixie

Well it’s time to properly introduce this little pocket rocket, otherwise known as Dixie!! She’s a 6 month old Jrt pup who arrived with us as an unclaimed stray. She had a rectal prolapse which probably explains why she was abandoned. This has now been treated, she is fully recovered and it should not cause her any future issues. So she is now ready to find her forever family! Dixie is full of beans and lives life to the max, she has a great zest for life and is determined to enjoy every minute of it. She loves people, toys and chasing a ball. She’s not a fan of sitting still!! She really is a character and she might be small but she sure is mighty!! Dixie is starting to learn to walk on a lead, this is work in progress. She does like an outing in the car, this is something she could definitely get used to. While we have found her to be great with other dogs here most of the time she has taken a dislike to one or two, so we'd say she’s selective. But that said she’d be just as happy as...
