She will need a very calm and patient owner that has the time to let her come out her shell and blossom. She would benefit from getting to know a calm doggie friend who could show her the ropes and help her along with her socialising journey.Change of circumstances and no longer have the time for her.Dotty has a clean bill of health and no known health issues.
