Drifter

Drifter is a sweet but very timid Bichon who has come to us from a breeder in Ireland in search of a fresh start. At the moment, she is quite nervous and not confident enough to approach people on her own. Handling can be a little tense for her, so she has a journey ahead to build her confidence and become the happy, affectionate companion we know she can be.Drifter would really benefit from a home with another calm and confident dog. A resident dog would act as a much-needed support system, helping her settle into her new environment, providing comfort, and showing her the ropes as she learns about home life. She thrives on canine company and draws courage from her four-legged friends. In her foster home, she loves the other dogs and has settled in well with them all. She’s been good at sharing food, toys, and beds.She will need patient, understanding adopters who can dedicate time to helping her feel secure, loved, and gradually more confident.
