Description
Duke is a Bulldog cross looking for a home to call his own! Duke has been in a care for a while now, and he is definitely a staff favourite! When he first came in, Duke was a bit reactive towards people and dogs while out on walk. We believe he missed out on the early years of socialisation, and he needed help handling his emotions around new things. Since then, Duke has improved massively! He now walks like a gentleman - especially if you have treats! He will sometimes pull if he sees another dog, but quickly comes out of it as soon as you call his name. When Duke is away from the centre, he walks on loose lead most of the time. He is initially jumpy, as he is so excited to go for his walks, but calms down quickly and checks in with his main handlers. Duke is a very sweet dog, and he could live with dog savvy older kids (10+) who have been around medium to large dogs before.
