Dustin

Dustin is a stunning German Shorthaired Pointer who has come to us from a breeder in Ireland. This handsome boy is bursting with energy and adores nothing more than zooming around and having fun. He is a strong lad, both in build and personality, so he will need an equally strong but gentle handler who can guide him with kindness and help teach him some manners. He adores being close to his humans and never wants to leave your side. We are helping him understand how to keep all four paws on the floor instead of leaning or “hugging” legs.Here at the rescue, Dustin is currently kenneled with a female dog who he is getting along well with. We would consider him living with another female dog providing the meet and greet goes well, or he could live as an only dog in the home, where he can soak up all the love and attention for himself.Like many dogs who come to us, Dustin has never lived in a home before, so he will need patient adopters to help him learn all about house training and the e...
