Meet Evie Evie is a beautiful 13-year-old Jack Russell who came into our care following the very sad passing of her owner. She is a sweet, gentle soul who is still finding her feet after such a big change in her life. Evie is a shy and sensitive girl with a naturally nervous disposition, so she’s looking for a calm, understanding home where she can feel safe and supported in her golden years. New people and unfamiliar situations can be a little overwhelming for her at first, but with patience and kindness, Evie really blossoms. Once she gets to know you, Evie bonds quickly and deeply. She is incredibly affectionate and seeks reassurance by staying close to her people – she’s very much a little shadow who loves to follow you from room to room. She finds comfort in companionship and enjoys simply being near those she trusts.
