FLORRIE’S mum, LETTIE (last photo) was found as a stray and fortunately whelped in the comfort of a Spanish foster home. FLORRIE came over with her mum once she had her rabies vaccine and is in a foster home near Grantham, Lincolnshire. Mum is a small breton, but who knows who Dad is, looking at her size at 5 months, we think she will be medium sized (12-14 kg) when fully grown. FLORRIE settled into her UK foster home very quickly. She is a happy, curious puppy, who wants to be doing what you’re doing, but also comfortable enough to take herself off for a snooze. She has also been happy to go out in the garden by herself for zoomies/amusement (which often takes the form of chasing her tail!). She can, at times, be quite bouncy in the house and has used our teenagers’ legs as springboards at times, but she has responded well to training on that front and is now very quick to try and self-regulate.
