Floss

Floss is a sweet but very nervous lady who has come to us from a breeder and is still trying to find her paws in this big, unfamiliar world. Everything is very new and a little worrying for her, so she looks to her kennel friends for comfort and reassurance when she is feeling unsure. Floss will need at least one other kind and confident resident dog in her new home who will be happy to show her the ropes and allow her to lean on them for support as she learns to navigate life in a home. Floss is a shy girl who will gently sniff your hand but is quite worried about human interaction at the moment. If you are slow and gentle then she seems to enjoy a little stroke, but it's quite worrying for her at the moment. She has never experienced the comforts of a home before, so her adopters will need to be patient and understanding as she begins to discover all the new things that many dogs take for granted, including house training, walking on a lead and learning to feel safe around people.
