He is a typical Frenchie in so many ways — full of personality, funny, affectionate, playful and would be completely devoted to his people! He absolutely loves human company and is a wonderfully sociable boy with people. Like many French Bulldogs, Frankie has a big personality packed into a little body. He can be cheeky, entertaining and incredibly loving. Frankie does, however, have some additional needs which means that finding the right home for him is incredibly important.
