Gavin is a sweet, sensitive boy with a gentle spirit who needs a little extra time to warm up to new people. With patience and love, his shy nature melts away to reveal a loyal and affectionate companion who just wants to feel safe and loved. Gavin would thrive in a calm, quiet home where he can adjust to family life at his own pace. He would be best suited with another sighthound buddy to show him the ropes, as he truly enjoys the company of his fellow sighthounds. Having a confident friend by his side would help him settle in and feel comfortable in his new surroundings. While Gavin can get a bit overexcited around other breeds, he’s making great progress, and we believe that with time, patience, and positive guidance, this will continue to improve.
