Are you right for Hartley?If you are after a big-hearted adventure buddy who brings joy (and a fair bit of laughter) everywhere he goes, Hartley might be just your lad. At three and a half years old, this Foxhound is a gorgeous blend of goofy charm, boundless curiosity and classic hound enthusiasm. He is a Big Friendly Giant who does not quite realise how large he is, so is looking for a family with secondary school aged children, who are confident around a dog who bounces with excitement. He is currently enjoying learning some great life skills, such as loose lead walking! Whilst we have been working with Hartley in indoor spaces here at the centre, we suspect Hartley has previously lived outdoors so would be looking for a home that can help continue Hartley’s gradual transition into indoor living.
