Albi is a Foxhound X Beagle born 28/06/2020. He is a lovely boy who likes nothing better than playing with his toys or chasing a ball. Albi has lots of energy and can get quite excited he will therefore need some further training but is an intelligent boy who will learn quickly. Albi is OK with other dogs when he is out on walks but would need to be the only dog in the home. Albi can live with children that are over 12 due to his size and energy. We don’t know if he can live with a cat. He has lived where there were horses and chickens. Albi travels very well in the car.Re homing within a 50 mile drive of Bourne Lincolnshire. Please check the mileage before calling to avoid disappointment. High fencing required. Are you right for Fred?Meet Fred, a fantastic 5-year-old foxhound and the ultimate adventure companion! Wherever you go, he’ll be right behind you, tail wagging and nose sniffing everything in sight. This sweet chap would do best as the only pet in the home, though he wouldn’t mind having walking buddies. He can live with secondary school-aged children and will need owners who are around most of the time at first, as he absolutely adores his people. Fred is an active boy, so he’ll need a family who loves giving him plenty of exercise and engaging his clever mind.

Are you right for Hartley?If you are after a big-hearted adventure buddy who brings joy (and a fair bit of laughter) everywhere he goes, Hartley might be just your lad. At three and a half years old, this Foxhound is a gorgeous blend of goofy charm, boundless curiosity and classic hound enthusiasm. He is a Big Friendly Giant who does not quite realise how large he is, so is looking for a family with secondary school aged children, who are confident around a dog who bounces with excitement.Hartley is happiest when life has a gentle rhythm. He thrives in quiet walking areas, where he can follow his nose without feeling overwhelmed and he will need other pets kept fully separate due to his natural hound prey drive. He is a strong lad on the lead, so he is looking for someone who can enjoy working with him positively while keeping things steady and safe.He doesn't enjoy be left at the moment, so any leaving will need to be introduced very gradually. He could also thrive in a suitable outdoor establishment with another dog which might be a lovely stepping stone into a home down the line.And speaking of other dogs—Hartley absolutely adores them. He must live with another dog as he gains huge comfort and confidence from canine company.

Are you right for Idris?Idris is a handsome Hound who is very friendly and bouncy! His youthful exuberance shines through and he’s not yet learned to keep all four paws on the floor. He can live with children of secondary school age as long as they are happy with the spring in his step! Idris doesn’t seem to have had much experience of other dogs and isn’t sure what he thinks about them yet. He’ll need to be the only pet in the home and would like to develop his doggy socialisation skills out on walks. Idris is currently on a pain trial which will be discussed with any potential adopters.

Are you right for Silas?Silas is a shy and sensitive boy who finds meeting new people quite worrying, so he will need a calm, patient family who are happy to let him take things at his own pace. At 5 years and 10 months old, Silas is still discovering that the world can be a fun and safe place, and he will need owners who are willing to spend time gently building his confidence. Once he starts to feel comfortable, his lovely personality begins to shine through. Silas enjoys exploring with his nose and taking in all the interesting scents around him, and the quickest way to his heart is definitely through food – tasty treats will help you become his best friend in no time! He would really benefit from living with a calm, confident resident dog, as he gains a lot of reassurance from canine companions. Silas does have some medical to be discussed with any new adopters.

Are you right for Tredwell?Tredwell is a happy Hound who is more than ready to find his perfect match. While we don't know if Tredwell has ever been around children before we believe that he would be ok sharing a home with those of primary school age. Tredwell gets on well with other dogs and could live with them in his new home provided they get along during meets at the centre.

Are you right for Trixie?Beautiful Trixie is searching for a fun loving forever home who enjoy adventures as much as she does! In true hound style, she loves nothing more than following her nose and exploring the great outdoors. Trixie has come into us with little known about her previous history so will need adopters who can teach her all she needs to know about life in home. This will include all of her basic training like housetraining and learning how to walk nicely on the lead, we also recommend any time being left is built up gradually leaving her with things to keep her busy. Trixie enjoys being with people and loves fuss and attention. We think she could live with children of 8+ who are confident around larger bouncy dogs as she hasn't quite mastered the art of "four paws on the floor" just yet! Trixie does enjoy playing with toys and is quite happy to entertain herself, but will happily drop a ball for a game of fetch too! Trixie is looking for a home as the only pet, however we think she would likely enjoy opportunities for socialisation to work on her skills.

Do you have a calm, relaxed household where life moves at an easy pace? He’s searching for someone who enjoys walks and appreciates the simple joys of companionship. If you’re happy to let him indulge his love of sniffing out new smells, you could be his ideal match! He would suit an owner who doesn’t need a high-energy dog and is happy to share their space with an older gentleman who loves comfort and routine. Once settled, he is happy to be left for short periods, and if you enjoy short car trips, you’re in luck—Tuppence loves hopping in for a little adventure! Tuppence does have some medical needs, which will require a discussion with our veterinary team.

He could live with secondary school aged children who are comfortable around a bouncy dog. Wagner would benefit from an active family who can take him on lots of long walks where he can stretch his legs and sniff to his heart’s content. He can live with another dog following a successful introduction, but this isn’t essential. His ideal home will be happy to continue his training and help him channel his enthusiasm in positive ways.
