Are you right for Izzy? Meet Izzy! Izzy is a 5 month old Whippet crossbreed. Izzy has not had much exposure in her early days, meaning she can find life a little overwhelming. She is a very nervous girl who will need patient, understanding and committed home to help her learn the world isn't such a scary place. She will need to be the only dog in the home as she struggles around other dogs and becomes reactive when she sees them. Due to this, she will need to be walked in quiet areas and adopters would need to be keen to continue training with reactivity and confidence. She could potentially live with older dog-savvy children who can give her the space and patience she needs. She will require some ongoing puppy training, although she was previously house and crate trained. Is Izzy right for you?
