Are you right for Jack?Meet Jack! He’s playful yet sensitive boy looking for a calm and patient home. Seven-year-old Jack can be a little 'indifferent' at first, but once he’s comfortable, his goofy personality shines through. He has some discomfort in his back legs and prefers a hands-off approach when it comes to handling, especially early on. Jack would do best in a home where he can settle at his own pace, with an adult-only family who could respect his boundaries. He must be the only pet at home, but is happy to meet larger dogs for playtime. He can get frustrated on the lead if he can’t say hello to other dogs but is generally friendly with them once he’s had the chance to greet them. Jack is strong on the lead, especially when there’s something he wants to get to, but with training, he can walk calmly in quieter areas. He’s used to car travel but would appreciate a ramp or steps to make it more comfortable. Jack settles nicely and would make for a great home-office companion.
