Koala

Koala is a frightened little lady who has come to us from a breeder and is still very unsure of us humans. She can be quite a flighty girl and, at the moment, would much rather hide away than have people approach her. Once she is safely in your arms, she is easier to handle, but she will need plenty of time and patience to learn that people can be trusted. Koala relies heavily on her kennel friends for confidence and comfort, so she will need at least one kind and confident resident dog in her new home who can take her under their wing and help her feel more secure. Having a canine friend by her side will be very important as she begins to experience life outside of kennels. Koala has never lived in a home before, so she will need understanding adopters who can give her the time she needs to settle in and learn about house training.
