Meet our wonderful sausage, Louie! Louie is a bright and handsome boy who absolutely loves his toys - especially lots of soft cuddly toys, which he will carry around his kennel and play with for hours. Once he trusts you, Louie is an affectionate dog who enjoys accompanying his handlers on rambles around our fields and paddocks and can often be found zooming up and down our paddocks parading his toys around!Louie was sadly abandoned at our centre and due to the circumstances surrounding how he came into our care, we have very limited information on Louie's background. He has not been house trained in kennels and has shown a worried side when interacting with unknown people and other dogs. In true Dachshund style, he is quick to use his voice in situations he feels overwhelmed by.
