Key Facts About Luka
Description
LUKA was abandoned in Spain (we presume an ex-hunting dog). He has coped really well living in a home for the first time. He is currently in a foster home near Grantham, Lincolnshire. Generally around the home he’s a good boy. Will steal food if the opportunity arises. Sleeps all night and clean and gives foster mum a great welcome when she comes down in the morning. Extremely affectionate. Would love to be lap dog! Happy to help round the home (as you can see from the fourth photo!). Lead training in the garden or secure field is coming on, but outside where he is anxious all is forgotten, so foster mum is working together with a dog trainer. Loud, rattling noises seem to be a trigger (fireworks, trailer behind a van etc). Very easy going and happy in the home. Loves meeting new people and interactions are good, but he wants to jump up and cuddle or will cower when people bend over him. Loves being with the fosterer’s resident dogs - he loves to play and is learning to gain confidence...
