03-02-26 Maddie is a gorgeous but sensitive girl who has come to us from a breeder. She can feel quite overwhelmed on her own and will completely shut down when she’s away from her doggy friends. However, when she’s around other dogs, her confidence blossoms, she allows handling and will even seek out cuddles once she feels safe.Maddie will need a friendly, confident resident dog in her new home who she can look to for reassurance and who will help guide her as she learns about everyday home life. Having a canine companion is essential for her to feel secure and settle successfully.She does walk on a lead but is currently nervous and will need ongoing, gentle encouragement and positive training to help build her confidence when out and about. With patience and understanding, she will continue to make lovely progress.
