MIRA, the breton is in foster near Spalding, Lincolnshire. Her foster mum says “she is desperate for love and cuddles and so eager to please”. Found in rural Spain as a stray (first photo), quite clearly having had a litter (which the volunteers never found). She is quite a bouncy girl and has been playing with the resident dogs, but we feel she would best suited with an older dog (she can be a little possessive of toys and food). She is building up her confidence of living in a home for the first time, she is very bright and quick to learn. She is already house trained, travels well in the car and has already learnt “sit” and “come”. She has not been off leash on her walks, although she hasn’t shown prey drive, she is still learning with her recall. She is good walking on lead and harness when out walking when she has been going out walking with 2 of the resident dogs.
