Miss Jerry

Jerry is a female Chi x JRT, looking for a quiet home as your only pet. Jerry loves cuddles, snoozing and pottering in the garden. She enjoys two 15-minute walks per day. Jerry likes to have her people around for most of the time, so wouldn't suit a home where people go out to work. Jerry has Cushings which is under control with Vetoryl, 25mg a day, and arthritis which is managed by Meloxicam and paracetamol. She's had a dental and only has two teeth left, but manages well on soft food. Jerry isn't keen on having her harness put on, but a treat or two will win her round. She's also not keen on the vet, nor having her paws touched. Her fosterer told us: "She enjoys going out in the car, particularly to our local dog friendly cafe where she gets a lot of attention! She’s quite food orientated and her body clock is very accurate, she will remind you a little while before her food is due. She likes to sit on our laps in the garden and watch the world go by. She's quite self assured."
