Ned

Ned is a 4 year old blind shar pei who was sadly found as a stray and is now available for adoption at Pawprints Dog Rescue in the Midlands Ned is a 4 year old shar pei searching for his forever home. Ned had to have eyes removed due to severe ruptures to both eyes which he must have lived with for a long time, this meant he would have been in a lot of pain. Despite this Ned has shown that he is very affectionate and playful, if you’re looking for a dog with so much love to give, Ned could be the perfect addition to your family. Although he is blind, he doesn’t let that stop him from enjoying life. Once he learns his surroundings, he moves around confidently and uses his nose to find his favourite toys. Because he can’t rely on his eyesight, he would like to live in a calm environment where furniture and layouts stay familiar, and where his new family can give him the time he needs to build confidence and can settle into a consistent routine.
