Orson is a very handsome Border Collie who came to us for rehoming through no fault of his own. His original owner sadly passed away, leaving 8 dogs… the family tried to take them on and care for them but sadly not all of the worked out. We have had Orsons Mum here, and his younger brother too… both were lovely dogs, and Orson fits that mould too! He’s a lovely lad.Unfortunately Orson has been spending lots if time on his own, either on a farm or in a kennel… he’s never lived in a home before, so he may take some time to adjust to being indoors – he’s a bright lad though, and we are confident that it wont take long for him to get the ‘house rules’.He’s lived with several other dogs, and whilst he was said to be the bottom of the pack, he’s good with others and tends to ignore them… especially if there’s a ball involved. He seems workable with cats – he showed and interest, but was respectful when the cats told him off. He could share his home with other pets with the right introduction...
