Meet Oscar! He is a very sweet and affectionate boy. He may be a little timid when he first meets new people but once he gets to know you his loving personality really shines through. This gorgeous boy loves a fuss and absolutely adores cuddles. If there’s a lap available, Oscar will make it his mission to get himself onto it! He loves being close to his people and would happily spend plenty of time snuggled up beside you. Oscar can be a little hesitant when having his harness put on, so he will need someone who is patient and gentle with him while he learns that there is nothing to worry about. He can also be a little nervous when out and about on walks, particularly around loud or unexpected noises, so his new adopter will need to give him time and encouragement to build his confidence in the outside world.
