PEANUT is in foster in Holland-on-Sea in Essex. Found as a stray in Spain, PEANUT came to us with an eye infection after living on the streets. After an opthalmic consult in Spain, the right eye needing removing. It does not stop him from living his full life. Foster mum says he is a soft natured goofball. He is a very sociable, friendly breton desperate to make friends with dogs and people alike. He’s a young breton that will need continuing training, but with all our bretons, they are intelligent, eager to please and amiable, he will love all aspects of using his brain. PEANUT is curious of the grooming brush and tries to eat it! He has no trouble anyone touching any part of his body, he just doesn’t know what the brush is. “Working on it” says foster mum! He is housetrained now and very respectful of the resident dog. Settles nicely in his bed at the end of foster mum’s bed overnight and sleeps peacefully through the night.
