has a sweet and trusting nature and is a really lovely dog. She is bright and lively, and eager to learn and keen to please, and will need a new owner who is ready and able to teach her all about being a loved companion as it is likely she has missed out on a lot of early training while being a Mum to her pups, and even before that it is hard to imagine that she would have had much love and care given that her former owner was apparently quite disinterested in her. Unbelievable since she is such a great dog.Peggy has not lived with children so we would not wish to place her with youngsters under 10 years. She is unknown with cats or small pets. She has been good with other dogs while in rescue, but given her recent motherhood and all the trauma she has endured, she will need kind and careful introduction to other dogs and this needs to be to nice natured dogs in a controlled environment.
