21-12-25 This lovely little girl is Pippin. She came to us from a breeder back in October to find her forever home and when she arrived it was noted by our vets that she had patella luxation in her right hind leg, which was causing her to walk with a crab like gait. She had a Tibial Tuberosity Transposition surgery performed by a specialist and has spent the last several weeks recovering, first on crate rest before being allowed to gradually use her leg more to build up strength. She is still a little lame in this leg, but this should continue to improve as she builds muscle and gradually increases her exercise. She has also had one tooth removed at the time of her spay, plus a small pea size lump removed. She doesn’t have many teeth left and as a result pulls some very sweet faces sometimes which everyone loves.Pippin is a quiet little soul who enjoys spending a lot of her day tucked up in her bed.
