Pocahontas

Pocahontas can live with teenagers and although she walks well with other dogs, she is a persistent humper so needs to be the only dog at home! She isn't fully housetrained but does well if let out regularly, and last thing at night, and will need any alone time to be built up gradually. Poco sleeps well through the night and has got used to travelling in the car.

Pocahontas is oblivious to one’s personal space and likes to be as close to you as possible! She’s a typical Bulldog and we have limited history for her, but she’s spent a short time in a foster home and been very good. She is great when meeting other dogs but when off lead she does like to mount them so is best kept under control to prevent any scenes. It seems she has been rewarded with food for mounting people’s legs but we’re getting her out of that habit and she’s happy with a scratch instead.
