Are you right for Poppy? Poppy is a gorgeous four-year-old Deerhound cross Mali looking for a calm, predictable household with adult adopters. She is looking to be the only dog in the home and would benefit from having social doggy pals when out and about. She will need a home without cats and small furries, and care may be needed around livestock. Poppy is housetrained and she travels well in the car. She sometimes needs a little time to feel comfortable with new people and would therefore suit a home without lots of visitors. Poppy isn’t looking for a busy social calendar. Her perfect life would be somewhere quieter, ideally in a rural or semi-rural location, where she can enjoy peaceful walks through fields, woods or along the beach before heading home to relax on the sofa.
