Description
Primrose is a very gentle, timid little girl who has come a long way since arriving to us from a breeder. She was initially extremely fearful, and she found comfort only in staying close to her kennel friends. As she had never lived in a home before, everything from house training to exploring the garden was overwhelming.In foster, Primrose has made wonderful progress. She now chooses to sit in one of her three “safe places,” finding comfort in her own space, and has begun to trust her foster family. She eats well, enjoys gentle tummy rubs, allows quieter foster siblings to cuddle alongside her, and can be carried for short periods. She has even played with a ball, a moving milestone that showed her fosterer the happy, playful dog within Primrose starting to emerge.Primrose is still learning to walk upright confidently and explore outdoors, which remain challenging for her.
