19-02-26 Rillian is a waggy-tailed Bichon Frise who has come into our care from a breeder in search of a brand new start. She offers the sweetest little hand kisses and so clearly wants to be everyone’s friend but she’s just not quite sure how to go about it yet. With gentle encouragement and kind reassurance, her lovely personality is sure to shine.Rillian gets on wonderfully with her kennel friends and takes great comfort from having them close by.
