Rocky

Life loving lad Rocky is looking for a very special someone to be his forever person. Rocky is a happy, energetic and playful dog who loves playing, being outdoors and often accompanies his owner hiking, mountain biking and running. Indoors he is lazy, naps a lot and is very relaxed. He loves his humans and enjoys having them around for company although is happy being left for periods of time. He is good on the lead and doesn’t pull. His recall is mostly good but if his prey drive kicks in it can be a hit or miss. Rocky does have a fairly strong prey drive for anything from cats, mice, birds and especially squirrels! He can show guarding tendencies, mainly around his food bowl and sometimes toys. This is overcome by creating space when he is overly excited by making him sit away from a toy/ball before picking it up. He will need an experienced owner to help him continue with his ongoing training. We would recommend Rocky does not live with cats, other dogs or children. Rocky is crate...
