08-12-25 Saffron is a very scared little girl who originally came to us from a breeder to find her forever home. She was briefly adopted, but sadly she found the transition overwhelming and struggled to settle, so she has now come back into our care. In the home she became very worried and began to show some destructive behaviours and would chew things she shouldn’t. As she is still really just a puppy, some of this may be linked to normal puppy behaviour. She will need adopters who are committed to working on this with her and who can keep her in a safe, secure space whenever she isn’t being closely supervised, to stop her from getting herself into mischief. We’re told that Saffron loves toys, especially ones she can play with independently. Heavy-duty toys, enrichment activities that use her brain, and long-lasting chews may help keep her busy and reduce her worries and destructive behaviours.Saffron will need a calm and quiet, adult only home where she can settle in and build confid...
