Shyla

Shyla is a very sweet natured Staffordshire Bull Terrier cross who was originally handed in for rehoming due to her owner passing away. We found her a home, but sadly she has been returned due to her adopters ill health.Shyla is a nice dog who will make a very loyal companion in the right home, she’s an older girl now and likes to take things steady… unfortunately she is very overweight, and is currently on a strict diet! She does enjoy getting out for her walks.. and even likes to have a gentle game with a ball, so we are hoping that she will shed the extra weight and feel much better for it!Shyla isn’t good with other dogs, and can be reactive when walking etc. She would need to be the only dog in the home, and have no visiting dogs. She’s also not cat friendly. Care would need to be taken when she’s being walked in case any off lead dogs approach.Shyla isn’t used to young children, so a quieter home would probably suit her best.
