Simba

DOGS: OKCATS: RATHER NOT KIDS: 8+ Beautiful Simba is now in foster care after being surrendered by his young family. They had 4 children including a newborn baby and were struggling to give him the time and attention he needed. Simba has special needs due to blindness at an early age from cataracts, there is an operation but this is extremely specialised and sadly unaffordable. He has had cherry eye surgery whilst with us and is now ready to meet his forever family. Simba needs a calm and quiet home where a new family are prepared to patiently wait for him to adjust to his surroundings. Experience with a blind dog would be beneficial but not essential. We can suggest ways to help him, like scent cues, avoiding clutter and not moving the furniture around. Other than his blindness, Simba can suffer with allergies.
