It is likely that Skittles hasn't had much experience living in doors - so is looking for a patient family willing to build his confidence up and show him the comforts of home life. Skittles has only just recently started learning how to walk on a harness and lead, so would benefit from a secure garden on the days where walks may be a little too much for him.
