Smidge

Hello there… my name is Smidge. I’m an 8-year-old terrier cross with a big heart and an even bigger love for snacks. I’m currently looking for a special new home where I can feel safe, relaxed, and loved.When I first meet new people I can be a little nervous and shy. The world can feel a bit overwhelming sometimes, so I like to take things slowly. But if you give me a little time (and maybe a tasty treat or two), I soon realise you’re a friend and my true personality starts to shine.My dream home would be somewhere calm and quiet, ideally in a rural or peaceful area where life moves at a gentler pace. I’d really love a fully secure garden with 5ft fencing so I can potter around, sniff all the interesting smells, and enjoy the fresh air at my own speed.Because I can be a bit sensitive, I’d feel most comfortable in a home with children aged 16+ who understand that sometimes I just need a little space. I’d also prefer to be the only dog in the home. I like having my people all to myself! ...
