Storm

6 year old STORM arrived with us on the 8th November 2023. On arrival STORM was very timid as everything was new to her. As she has settled in, and after being given some time, she has improved and is now making great progress gaining confidence day by day. This is in part thanks to the support of our volunteers and the new experiences they are able to offer her. However, STORM still remains anxious at times and can be sensitive to loud noises.STORM enjoys frequent trips out in a volunteers' car to a nearby area where she enjoys her walks and has had many new experiences - which she has coped well with. Storm travels well in the car and is not reactive to other breeds of dog she meets on her walks. She particularly enjoys spending time in water if she can, and also loves a good run around in our on site sand paddock.Siobhan describes Storm as a 'lovely, gentle soul'. She is happy and relaxed in her kennel and quite playful with volunteers she knows and trusts.We feel STORM would thrive...
