Ted

He came into our care as a UK rescue after being pulled from a local pound by one of our trusted pound pullers. Before that, Ted had been seized by the Metropolitan Police as part of a cruelty case, and when he arrived with us, it was clear he'd endured a great deal of neglect. His little body was covered in fleas and he was suffering from a severe flea allergy. His skin was red, sore and painfully itchy, and he'd lost much of the fur across his back and around his face. It must have been incredibly uncomfortable, but despite everything he'd been through, Ted's gentle nature still shone through. Fast forward to today, and this handsome little man is a completely different dog. Ted has now been fully assessed by our vet, has been castrated, is responding brilliantly to treatment, and his beautiful coat is growing back nicely.
