Tivvie

Are you right for Tivvie? Tivvie can live with children of high school age and has lived with six cats, ducks and chickens in the past. He does display stalking behaviours around other dogs so is not suited to living with one. We believe him to be house trained and had previously been good when alone for a few hours, but circumstances mean he was left for more than 10 hours at a time, during which he began to become destructive. Is Tivvie right for you? Tivvie has been a big hit since his arrival at the centre, always wagging his tail and happy to say hello to people. He absolutely loves to explore and in his previous home he had lots of land to take himself on adventures, so it would be nice for him to find a family that will continue letting him explore new places. Tivvie isn't thrilled about being grooming but his coat is going to need some care, so his adopters must be willing to put in training to make it a more positive experience for him.
