Are you right for Toby?Toby can live with older teenagers and although he will walk and play with other dogs he will need to be only pet as he is so boisterous. He isn't fully house trained and will need someone at home with him most of the day. Toby has mild hip dysplasia but does require daily pain relief. If the cost of this would be a barrier to you adopting Toby we would still like to hear from you as some financial assistance may be available.
