Hi, I’m Triton, a lovely ex-racing greyhound with a gentle heart and a calm soul. While I’m spending time inside here at the rehoming centre, I’m relaxed and easy-going, happiest when I’m near my people enjoying a bit of quiet company. I’m an affectionate boy who enjoys fuss, and I’ve been very good for all my handling and vet checks. I also rather like being brushed and will stand nicely while you make me look my best.When it’s time for a walk, that’s when you’ll see my excited side. I get quite enthusiastic when I’m being dressed to go out because I really do enjoy my adventures. I walk nicely on the lead most of the time, although if I spot small furry creatures I might forget myself for a moment, so I’ll need you to guide me. I’ll need to stay on lead and wear my muzzle in public, and I’m looking for owners who understand and are happy with that.Toys are still a bit of a mystery to me.
