Tummy

Tummy is a lovely lady who originally came to us from a breeder and was later adopted into a home. Sadly, she has returned to our care after around 5 months as she wasn't getting along with the resident dog, so she is now looking for a home where she can be the only dog and have all of her family's attention to herself. She also cannot live with cats or small furries. Tummy is a sweet and outgoing girl with a big personality! She loves toys and having a good play, but she also enjoys a quiet fuss and relaxing alongside her people. She has lived in a home before, so she may already know some of the basics such as house training, although she may need a few gentle reminders as she settles back into home life. Tummy would do best with a family who has experience with Dachshunds and understands their wonderful but sometimes strong personalities, although she could also live with a sensible family who are willing to learn and understand her needs.
