Venus

Venus is a very scared girl who has come to us from a breeder to find her forever home. She has been here for a little while now and is making slow progress, but we are so proud of the progress she is making. She is still very worried about humans and will run away, but the kennel staff are working with her to get her used to humans. She is extremely worried about being handled and isn't brave enough to approach us just yet, but if you sit quietly and drop a treat in front of you, she will now come and gently take the treat from nearby.Venus will be looking for a calm and quiet, adult only home and would benefit from adopters who have experience with scared ex-breeding dogs. She will need at least one other kind and confident resident dog in her new home to be her friend and companion and take her under their wing.She will need a home with a secure garden, as she can be a bit of a flight risk and will need adopters who can offer her lots of love and TLC as she starts to settle in and c...
