Vera

Vera is currently in one of our wonderful foster homes and this is what they have to say about her: Vera is the most gorgeous girl we’ve ever met — from her expressive eyes to her super-soft coat. Though she’s on the smaller side (she’s even been mistaken for a Whippet!), she has a very large loving heart. She’s stolen ours with her gentle, affectionate nature, her love of pats and strokes, her lightning-fast zoomies, and her delight in being the centre of attention (though she’s now starting to appreciate her quiet alone moments too). A very food-motivated girl, Vera takes well to training and has quickly learned the home rules. She will happily settle while we are eating and sleeps through the night. She’s also learning about other dogs and will need someone patient and understanding to help her gain confidence and learn how to interact positively with different breeds.
