He would thrive best in a small, quiet residential area away from busy roads and his walks will need to be in low-traffic locations while he continues to build confidence. Walker will also need patient adopters who are happy to gently work on his confidence with car travel, keeping journeys limited at first and helping him gradually feel more at ease. A home with a secure garden would be ideal to support his ongoing house training, along with access to a safe, enclosed area where he can stretch his legs and enjoy a good run. Due to his size and occasional bouncy moments, a home with secondary-school-aged children would suit him best, although sensible younger children could be considered for the right family.
